I use an app called TrueCoach. It’s extremely easy to use and it’s 100% free for all my clients.
Within your personal TrueCoach profile you have a calendar with all your upcoming and past workouts.
Every exercise I program for you has a video demonstration of me walking you through exactly how to execute every exercise.
Instructions including sets, reps, rest intervals, etc are provided with every exercise.
I give all my clients a cheat sheet that defines all the “training lingo” so you completely understand every word in your programming. Really helpful if this is all new to you 🙂
If you are unsure you’re performing an exercise correctly you can easily upload a video of yourself doing the exercise. Simply click on the blue camera icon to upload right through the app. I’ll review your form and give you feedback just as if we were in person.
There is a place to enter your exercise results. So you can track the weight used, reps completed, even settings for a machine. You can also leave any comments or concerns about any exercise.
You can view your exercise results history for every exercise. It’s very helpful to look back and see the weight you used and how many reps you completed so you can track your strength progression. 💪🏼
If you choose you can have all your workouts also emailed to you so you can easily print them if you prefer that method instead.
Also included in your TrueCoach app is a personal messenger so we can communicate and always stay on the same page.
