It removes a lot of the barriers that too often become issues when training face to face. Many people today are busier and have more hectic schedules than they ever have, and trying to align schedules and find time for hour-long training sessions can be a real challenge.
Online coaching allows you the freedom of being in control of your own schedule without the burden of trying to align already busy schedules.
The problem with in-person training is we spend most of our time focusing on the workout, when in all honesty it's the work you put in outside of the workout that really matters when it comes to achieving your goals.
That’s why my coaching focuses on teaching you what proper nutrition is, keeps you accountable, and keeps you in the right mindset for success.
Through this process you develop sustainable and life changing healthy habits, so you not only achieve your goals, but keep them for life.

My approach to health and fitness is to empower you with knowledge and cut through all the confusing, contradicting, misinformation out there focusing on only a few simple concepts that actually matter.
Reaching your goals is not a sprint, and too often people fail because they approach it like it is.
A plan that is overly restrictive, with limited food choices, will only work as long as you can stick with it. This method often leads to an all or nothing mindset; that “all in” part only lasts so long because that narrow, restrictive path doesn't fit with reality. When you eventually fall off that straight and narrow path (and you will, this is the real world after all) you end up on the “nothing” side of an unhealthy mindset. This all too common pattern has negative physical and emotional consequences.
A “diet” is a short term solution to a lifelong challenge. This is why I won’t just give you a meal plan and expect success.
The key to long-term success is long-term adherence. This is why I simplify what proper nutrition looks like and empower you with knowledge which allows you to eat in a way that is flexible around your life, has no limited food choices, and supports your health and fitness goals.
Having someone alongside you to guide you, keep you accountable, and answer questions along the way is crucial to your success. This is why we have check-ins on a weekly basis. These also allow us to track your progress, and make changes to your training or nutrition when necessary.
I take an individualized approach to fitness: your workout programming is designed around your goals, current fitness level, and any limitations you may have.
Your resistance training will be systematic, well balanced, and progressive in nature. As you become stronger and can handle more the workouts get more challenging in order to avoid plateaus and keep you progressing towards your goals.
